Overview

At Prometheus, we are committed to providing comprehensive training to all our staff.

Statutory and Mandatory Training

Statutory and Mandatory Training: All required training will be delivered via our e-Learning system.

Physical Intervention Training

Physical Intervention Training: Initial training is a five-day course, with annual refresher courses over two days. We follow a billed accredited model known as De-escalation Management and Intervention (DMI).

Documentation Requirements

Documentation: Please bring any current and in-date training certificates to your in-person induction for filing and record-keeping.
