Prometheus will provide all statutory and mandatory training via our e-Learning system, and in addition, your physical intervention training will take place over a five-day initial course and a two-day yearly refresher course. We use billed accredited physical intervention training model, de-escalation management and intervention DMI.
If you have any current and in-date training, please bring these to your in-person induction so they can be placed in your file and recorded.
