The HR team are based at Fort Dunlop and are here to support with queries from onboarding through to offboarding of staff. When joining Prometheus, HR will support in providing ID passes and help register your vehicle registration for free parking at Fort Dunlop.
You can contact HR with queries in relation to your Terms and Conditions of employment and queries during your employment life-cycle. For example, amendment to personal details, family-friendly policies and annual leave.
We will also endeavor to sign-post you to information points like our confidential Employer Assistance Program, EAP, which includes support with counseling. HR will also support with occupational health referrals to help consider adjustments where reasonably possible. HR will process all personal information, ensuring all staff are compliant and have up-to-date personal records, including enhanced DBS, Right To Work and employment references checks, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times. We will also be able to advise on company policy and procedures like sickness, so that you are familiar with our standards of practice and our procedures.
