Hello, my name is Petrona, I am one of the deputy managers with Prometheus Complex Care. PCC service provides this full complex care package for patients in a wide range of settings, working alongside general hospitals, mental health settings, community services, care homes, and many more. We work alongside professionals within multi-disciplinary teams to support services and patient in-line various mental health legal framework, ensuring a patient-centred approach is always adhered to, by building therapeutic relationship, supporting not only our patients but families, friends and service needs where required. To assure you, you will never work alone here at PCC, we promote teamworking, our staff availability and booking process are done via text messages. The coordinators equipped with logistical knowledge will ensure each bed watch is adequately and appropriately staffed. They're also handling any cancellations and escalating to management. Once send in your availability, please remember to state if it is a Monday, the date, and whether it is a night shift or a day shift, this will help the coordinator to allocate accurately. It is an expectation that staff always represent PCC with high levels of professionalism and teamworking whilst on a job.
